The T5V is a budget-friendly 2-way nearfield monitor optimized for use in smaller control rooms.
The T5V features a 5" woofer that allows bass extension down to 45 Hz. The new U-ART tweeter offers an uncolored and extended high-frequency range up to 25 kHz and represents a groundbreaking solution for high-resolution recordings and mixes on a small budget. The U-ART tweeter is equipped with a precision waveguide that has the same excellent dispersion characteristics as the High-Frequency-Propagation-Waveguide (HPS) used in the S-series studio monitors. The very even reproduction of high frequencies through the waveguide provides an incredibly wide sweet spot, saving you from having to stay in a rigid position while working.
A new enclosure with a small footprint, beveled edges, and a bass reflex port on the back allows placement anywhere in the room, no matter how small. Additionally, the T5V features DSP-controlled crossovers and equalizers as well as analog connection options (XLR/RCA). Powered by a 50 W Class-D amplifier for the woofer and a 20 W Class-D amplifier for the U-ART tweeter, the T5V achieves impressive peak levels of 106 dB SPL per pair.
With its excellent acoustic properties, small dimensions, and outstanding price/performance ratio, this studio monitor is ideal for use in small control rooms for music production, video post-production, and broadcasting.
For those who need even more deep bass: the T5V is compatible with the ADAM Sub7 and Sub8 subwoofers.
