The Player Series Alnico V single-coil Strat® pickups offer crystal-clear highs, musical mids, and tight basses that enhance every genre. With the 5-way blade switch, you can dial in everything from the glass-clear clean sound of the neck pickup to the gritty bridge pickup and everything in between, while a 2-point tremolo and ClassicGear™ tuners provide precise tuning stability and the flexibility to explore endless tonal possibilities.

CONTOURED ALDER BODY
If you want to play real Fender sound, you need real Fender tonewood. One of these is alder, traditionally used by us. The alder body, with its resonance, forms an excellent sonic foundation for the musical Fender tone.

NECK IN MODERN C PROFILE
Our “Modern C” profile is relatively slim and suits almost any style. With the satin finish on the back, the neck plays smoothly and comfortably.
