This beastly axe features a 26.5"-inch scale length for better low-end articulation, a lightweight and resonant poplar body with a carved quilt maple top, and a bolt-on maple neck with scarf joint and graphite reinforcement for plenty of stability. The bound amaranth fingerboard with a 12"-16" radius and 24 jumbo frets, along with pearloid piranha tooth inlays, provides the ideal playing surface for fat riffs and easy chording near the nut without fret wear.
The JS22Q-7 DKA HT is powered by two direct-mounted Jackson high-output humbucking pickups for 7 strings and also features a three-way blade pickup switch, individual volume and tone controls, a fixed Jackson HT7 bridge, and sealed die-cast tuners.
The JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS22Q-7 DKA HT is an impressive 7-string beast. It has a dark transparent black burst finish with black hardware and our black Jackson 3x4 AT-1 headstock.

POPLAR BODY WITH QUILT MAPLE TOP
Poplar is a softer wood that offers a fleshy, resonant tone with excellent upper midrange clarity similar to alder. The poplar body is topped with a beautiful quilt maple veneer that creates a unique, water-like appearance.
JACKSON HT7 STRING-THROUGH-BODY HARDTAIL BRIDGE
The hardtail bridge with seven saddles provides rock-solid tuning stability and precise intonation. The improved vibration transfer through a hardtail bridge also delivers more sustain and a fuller tone.
