<p>Drawing on the early 1990s, when Jackson® import guitars were exclusively made in Japan, we present the brand-new Jackson MJ Series – an exciting and innovative collection of instruments carefully crafted in Japan. The MJ Series combines Jackson's world-renowned heritage in developing high-performance instruments with a range of premium features at a competitive price.</p>

<p>The MJ Series Dinky™ DKR was designed from the start for fast, virtuosic playing and features an ergonomically shaped alder body with a carved “Shredder’s Cut Heel” that facilitates access to the upper registers. The stylish five-piece maple/walnut/maple/walnut/maple neck is bolted to the body and reinforced with graphite for added stability against climate-induced warping, and has an oiled finish on the back to ensure smooth playability.</p>

<p>The ebony fingerboard with 12"-16" compound radius, rolled edges, and 24 jumbo frets is designed for technically demanding, fast playing in the upper registers and comfortable chord work near the nut. On tour or at a gig, musicians can orient themselves thanks to the glow-in-the-dark Luminlay® side dots on the fingerboard, while the truss rod wheel at the heel allows quick and easy adjustment of neck relief.</p>

<p>The DiMarzio® Super Distortion® DP100 and DiMarzio PAF Pro® DP151 pickups are a proven high-output combination; they deliver a perfect blend of power and tone. The Super Distortion bridge pickup is ideal for pushing a tube amp into total overdrive. The PAF Pro neck pickup provides rich, intense mids, powerful bass, and fat highs, while maintaining its “PAF”-like presence when run through high-gain amps. With the versatile five-way pickup selector and individual volume and tone controls, you can fully exploit the tonal performance. Other premium features include a Gotoh® GE1996T Series double-locking tremolo bridge system for reliable tuning stability during demanding and aggressive playing, sealed Gotoh die-cast tuners, and Dunlop® dual-locking strap buttons.</p>

<p>The MJ Series Dinky DKR with its confident Jackson attitude is available either in Ice Blue Metallic with white pickup bobbins, pearloid sharkfin inlay at the 12th fret, and chrome hardware or in Satin Black with yellow pickup bobbins, yellow sharkfin inlay at the 12th fret. Both models feature a color-matched, pointed reverse Jackson headstock.</p>
