The heart of this audiophile power amplifier is a Class D module, which operates highly efficiently and energy-saving. It delivers high output power to drive even the most demanding speakers and will fill any room with pure sound, a very low and frequency-independent distortion factor ensures the clearest possible sound. The top-class power amplifier module guarantees fully load-independent frequency responses, low output impedance, and extremely low background noise. It meets our high sonic demands in terms of spatiality and fine dynamics and provides sufficient power for excellent playback in normal living rooms. The sonic guideline for Pro-Ject power amplifiers is the homogeneously fluid sound of audiophile tube amplifiers. All our next-generation devices offer the option to be equipped with noble wooden side panels. These panels give the devices a very noble and unique look. Three different versions (rosewood, walnut, and eucalyptus) are available to suit every taste and to match any decor. A four-layer PCB allows us to use shorter signal paths, which are also responsible for the improved sound compared to the predecessor. As an optional upgrade, you can use our Power Box DS2 Amp to further enhance the sound. Amp Box DS2 will fill your home with the full, energetic, and gentle sound usually found only in much more expensive products. The housing, made of aluminum and metal, is both elegant and solid to protect against vibrations and guarantee the highest aesthetics.
