Miniature high-performance D/A converter!
The DAC Box S2 + is fully equipped for the highest demands of the modern audiophile. It provides support for PCM files up to 32bit / 786kHz and DSD decoding up to Quad-DSD (DSD256). Five digital filters are available to shape the sound according to your own wishes. Three digital inputs ensure connection for all possible signal sources. Behind the USB B input, for connection to a PC, is an XMOS USB chip for asynchronous USB data transfer. The optical S/PDIF input can connect a television set to the DAC Box S2+. The coaxial input accepts all data from a digital transport, such as the CD Box DS2 T. All inputs are equipped for HiRes data up to 24bit/192kHz. The USB input also supports data up to PCM 32bit/768kHz or DSD256. Unwanted background noise over the USB input is suppressed by double filtering to ensure interference-free playback. The new aluminum/metal housing offers the highest aesthetics and protects against vibrations and interference.
