For many musicians, a second guitar is a must for live performances or studio recordings. The Classic Dual Acoustic/Electric Guitar Case from MONO is a very elegant solution to this need, because it also allows you to carry a solid-body electric guitar and a dreadnought acoustic guitar at the same time, both fully protected with MONO’s patented Headlock™ neck suspension system.
This case is designed to be compatible with a standard electric body guitar including Fenders like Teles, Strats, Jaguars and Jazzmasters, Gibsons like Les Pauls and SGs, Ibanez, ESP and many others. The acoustic part is compatible for dreadnoughts and dreadnought size guitars, as well as archtop and semi-hollow guitars.
Drop protection
The patented Headlock™ design provides a level of protection worthy of the best instruments. The guitars are quickly held and remain stable throughout transport. Both heads are suspended inside the case, which prevents guitars from suffering side and rear impacts that could break the neck.
High-density foam bumpers divert vertical impacts away from and around the sheath. Integral ABS panels offer hardcase protection to a fraction of the weight. The M80 hybrid case’s reinforced outer casing absorbs and deflects strong impacts away from vulnerable areas of the guitar.
Intelligent storage
The Classic Dual Acoustic/Electric Guitar Case design creates a completely separate case for each guitar. First, charge your dreadnought, archtop or semi-hollow guitar. Then, the electric guitar slides into its own slim, sleeve-like compartment. Both are protected with MONO’s Headlock™ suspension system and belt pin stops.
Specialized storage compartments will keep your equipment right where you need it.
Water resistant
MONO cases are made of materials with high resistance to abrasion and weathering. Inside, the plush lining protects the delicate custom finishes. Outside, there is a waterproof housing.
Military Technology
All M80 cases feature Hypalon, the same industrial rubber used to create military inflatable rafts.
Tick Compatible
Most MONO cases are equipped with the triple D-ring accessories needed for the optional Classic Tick Accessory Case, the modular toolbox designed to expand the storage capacity of your guitar case. The Classic Tick accessory case attaches easily and securely.
